Subject:	Schema Registry BOF SUMMARY

After a productive meeting, we decided to create a registry service to
be deployed by December 1997. Components of this creation are:

-Use Listing semantics as opposed to vetted registration semantics
-Centralize the process for now 
-Centrally administer the database (although it may be distributed)
-Decide whether to allow modifications and amendments to the registered schema
-Determine the minimum namespace
-Determine which syntaxes are allowed for registration
-Find a document editor
-Create a mail list.

Keith was satisfied that we had enough interest and volunteers to
charter the working group
