I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors. Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments. This Standards Track draft, which obsoletes RFC 7125, fixes the IP Flow Information Export (IPFIX) registry and references the TCP Headers Flags registry in order to prevent overlooked stale flag values in the future. The security considerations section does exist and states that this draft does have stronger language than 7125 in regards to TCP control bits, but exporters have to report all control bits regardless if they are known or unknown. The section continues with the statement that this draft does not add additional security considerations beyond IPFIX (RFC 7011). I agree with both of these assertions. General comments: An update to the revision, I like it. Thank you for Appendix A. Editorial comments: None.
