I believe the document is ready.

The draft is a bit outside my area of expertise and I had some trouble getting all the details in the examples, but I think that is due to me being unfamiliar, and not due to any shortcomings in the draft. The document is well written and generally easy to follow even for someone not intimately familiar with the subject.

A couple of places I see there is a mix of British English and US English, but I'm sure the RFC Editor will address this. No nits found.
