I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's
ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the
IESG.  These comments were written with the intent of improving the
operational aspects of the IETF drafts. Comments that are not
addressed in last call may be included in AD reviews during the IESG
review.  Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments
just like any other last call comments.

  Document: draft-ietf-isis-node-admin-tag-08
    Status: Ready

The document is clearly written. It nicely suggests that counters
should be maintained to track some error conditions. I have no idea
whether there will be work to formalize such counters e.g. as MIB
module or a YANG module.

The document ends with "Copyright, Disclaimer, and Additional IPR
Provisions" which is a but unusual given that the more common format
has a legal blurb at the beginning of the I-D. I have not checked the
content (well to be honest, I never bother to read the boilerplate
texts).
