J.D. Power & Associates announced the results today of its first-ever Business Wireless Satisfaction Study(SM). In a survey of decision makers from small businesses to large enterprises, T-Mobile scored higher than the other four national carriers and well above the industry average. T-Mobile ranks highest in five out of the eight factors that drive overall business wireless satisfaction.
