August 19, 2004 is the proposed deadline for accepting I-Ds with old boilerplates. All I-Ds submitted after this date require the use of the new boilerplate. o Ted Hardie, Thomas Narten, and Bill Fenner will send the statement on "placeholder I-Ds" to the WG Chairs list for a quick review and then the IESG will send it out to the IETF community as an "IESG Statement." Management Issues 7.1 NGN Management Focus Group (Bert Wijnen) The IESG discussed the NGN FG on Network Management Terms of Reference (ToR) and did not raise a major issue. Bert Wijnen will bring up that the IESG wants good access to the NGN FG documents, and that the NGN FG should be diligent about not accepting unfinished IETF Internet-Drafts. 7.2 Policy for Draft Cutoff (Thomas Narten) The management issue was discussed.
