The minutes of the February 10 Teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. The IESG approved publication of GSTN address element extensions in e-mail services as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 3. It was noted that Multiprotocol Extensions for BGP-4 contains a normative reference to a document that prohibits derivitive works. Thomas raised additional issues which need to be addressed. 4. The IESG approved publication of Definitions of Managed Objects for the Fabric Element in Fibre Channel Standard as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG tentatively approved publication of Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS) as a Draft Standard. Steve to send announcement once Patrik agrees that his concerns have been adequately addressed, and after Scott and Vern provide text for an IESG note. 6. The IESG tentatively approved publication of the following Internet- Drafts as Informational RFCs: o RADIUS Accounting Modifications for Tunnel Protocol Support o RADIUS Attributes for Tunnel Protocol Support o RADIUS Accounting o RADIUS Extensions Patrik to confirm his character set issues have been adequately addressed. Steve not to send announcement until the radius-radius-v2 Protocol Action is sent. 7. The IESG approved publication of Per Hop Behavior Identification Codes as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 8. Steve to send IP Security Remote Access (ipsra) proposed charter to IETF Announcement and new-work list. 9. Steve to send Robust Header Compression (rohc) proposed charter to IETF Announcement and new-work list. 10. The IESG approved publication of TELNET KERMIT OPTION as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 11. The IESG approved publication of INTERNET KERMIT SERVICE as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 12. The IESG had no problem with publication of Uniform Resource Identifiers for Television Broadcasts as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor. 13. The IESG decided to discuss NECP the Network Element Control Protocol at the next telechat. 14. Bert to send comments to the IAB on IAB Technical Comment on the Unique DNS Root 15. Rob reported that he sent a note to author of Core MPLS IP VPN Architecture and that a revised document will be forthcoming. Steve to tell RFC Editor not to publish this version. Action Items: 1.
